Individual Therapy

I provide online individual psychotherapy services to adults in California. I started this practice to provide comprehensive, person-centered and research-based care to individuals struggling with anxiety, OCD, trauma and chronic health issues. Together we will explore current thought patterns and behaviors that have led to these issues. Once these patterns are clarified, we can explore new ways of responding to give you the freedom to live the way you want. 

First, we will meet for a virtual intake appointment where we will get an in-depth look at your current difficulties. Once we have a clear view of what’s happening we will create an individualized treatment plan pulling from empirically-based treatments like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC).  I typically recommend starting treatment once a week to see results quicker. However, depending on your struggles we can discuss meeting on a more intensive treatment. As we work together we will also measure your progress to ensure you are getting the results you want from treatment.
